Challenge: The client’s customer engagement profile was low in emerging markets. The product line was coming under increasing threat from above and below (a combination of lower-cost EM competitors and well-established, strongly branded established competitor global training programs).
Response: To create a connection with KOLs built around the premise of meaningful innovation. Multiple stakeholders from cardiologists, through to payers and institutional procurement specialists were consulted on needs. An integrated from creative branding to differentiated content approach was developed that responded to these articulated wants.
