Challenge: Diagnosing the reasons behind researched discrepancies in perceived prevalence among neurologist KOLs.
Response: Consulted with stakeholders, incl. specialist centres, patient groups, KOLs and national insurer to ascertain accurate picture of patient journey. Developed an adaptable (to final launch parameters) fully quantified variable market-shaping strategy model to support entry to reimbursed market (Korea) of three products.
